How do we do this?

The process is experiential and we use long proven techniques in a series of exercises that allow you to move beyond yourself of the ego and the never ceasing “thinker”.  It’s more a matter of “allowing” than forcing.  As you move beyond the ego, your “essence” or soul is allowed to emerge.  This is where the “real” you is.  Through this process, a more secure, satisfied, powerful, confident and happy “you” emerges.

“Why do I need this” when I am focusing on my business?

If this question applies to you, we encourage you to “stop”, take a step back and take note of a few things:  no matter how “good” you are at your business, you are still only 1 set of eyes—i.e., one point of view on how best to manage your business; you only have 24 hours a day and cannot reproduce yourself and relationships—as you do this training, others in your sphere of influence can’t help but APPRECIATE what you are doing.  To work on one’s self is a gift to all of those around you—therefore, relationships will substantially improve, with no change on their part.  Finally, just to basics:  If I am better, isn’t my business better?  I have personally observed and coached many Entrepreneurs that were absolutely sure that they “needed” nothing—only to be happily surprised at the level of growth and clarity that they achieved through this process.  And of course, they then applied it to their business.

Rejuvenation:

Between the Personal Clarity Retreat and the Business Clarity Retreat are 2 and ½ days of rejuvenation and readiness for the next phase (BCR described below).

Bridge Coaching:

We provide 2 hours of one-on-one Expert COACHING with our highly successful and seasoned Coaches to help you transition from the PCR to the BCR.  This coaching focus is designed to encourage, support, and allow you to reset as you transition from your personal focus to your business focus.

Additional Support:

We will also have available a LICENSED COUNSELOR to follow up with any Entrepreneurs for discussion of additional growth.

You will also have the opportunity to connect with a Leading Expert STYLIST who will consult with you regarding your overall professional look that you want going forward.  Image may not be Everything…but it’s HUGE in today’s world more than ever!

In addition, we will have on hand an Expert ADDICTION/RECOVERY COUNSELOR for guidance for a better life.

Business Clarity Retreat   (BCR)

(Thu-Fri after Bridge Time)

After the PCR, we conduct a 2 day comprehensive business retreat.  The BCR is designed to focus on resetting (and, if appropriate even recasting) your Business based on new growth and clarity of purpose received from the Personal Clarity Retreat and each Entrepreneur’s current state of business.  Emphasis is on Business Definition, Business Planning, Visioning, Goal Setting and Budgeting.  We will also be introducing proven techniques for creating $1 million ideas!  We will present several Leading EXPERTS in important areas (MARKETING/BRANDING, LEGAL STRUCTURE AND PLANNING, CAPITAL FUNDING, and more!  Additionally, for Entrepreneurs just getting off the ground, a “START UP EXPERT” will be on hand for those specific needs.  Our advanced Entrepreneurs will alternatively receive other consulting during this presentation.  This retreat occurs 2 and ½ days after Personal Clarity Retreat.

Only those who have fully participated in the PCR may participate in the BCR.

Prior to starting the BCR, each Entrepreneur is asked to complete a comprehensive and gather raw materials for use in the BCR.

Schedule of Activities:

Introduction/Welcome/Facilitation (0.5 hrs)

We will introduce an Expert Trainer in Entrepreneurial Mindsets and processes:

Unique Talent Exercise and Discussion of “Free Time” (1.0 hrs):

We guide Entrepreneurs through a process that allows them to be truly clear on what they are really talented at and what they are not as well as the power and necessity of free time.

From this exercise, we then focus back on the business plan:

Business Definition/Framing (2.0 hrs):

Each Entrepreneur is asked to review his/her business at its current state and determine:

1. Is the business model as currently stated adequate and clear and is my role in it proper based on my unique talents?
2. What Areas if any do I need to staff immediately based on lack of talent revealed in 1. Above.

Visioning/Goal Setting (2.0 hrs):

1. We create a powerful atmosphere to allow all Entrepreneurs to be truly free and to be able to grasp their biggest goals over the next 3 years.
2. We provide formats for all goal setting—personal as well as business goals, timelines, purpose and accountability.
3. Full business plans are then drawn around these goals and objectives

Marketing/Branding (4.0 hrs):

1. Fresh off the big goal setting, we introduce an EXPERT TRAINER—MARKETING/BRANDING—This leading expert will cover all aspects of a strong marketing plan, and introduce branding to each Entrepreneur.
2. Each Entrepreneur will work through a solid marketing plan and also work on creating a starting branding tool(s).
3. Each Entrepreneur will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with the Expert Trainer after the day’s session to further develop his/her specific marketing plan.

Budgeting/Finance (1.0 hrs):

1. We will introduce an EXPERT TRAINER—ACCOUNTING/BUDGETING/FINANCE EXPERT—This leading expert will walk all Entrepreneurs through a one year budgeting exercise which will support the business plan discussed above.

Legal Entity Planning (1.0 hrs):

1. We introuduce an EXPERT TRAINER—LEGAL EXPERT—This leading expert will cover the basics of all legal entities, pros and cons and assist each entrepreneur in determining the best entity structure to pursue.

At this point in the retreat, we will segregate advanced Entrepreneurs and New Entrepreneurs:

For New Entrepreneurs:

Start up Specialist (2.0 hrs):

We introduce an EXPERT TRAINER—START UP SPECIALIST—This leading expert will cover all tricks, traps, and strategies to jump start any business on the right foot, minimizing hassles and maximizing efforts.

For Advanced Entrepreneurs:

Capital Funding (2.0 hrs):

—simultaneous with Start up Specialist):

1. We introduce an EXPERT TRAINER—CAPITAL FUNDING/BANKING RELATIONSHIP—This leading expert will cover all areas of funding mechanisms, best practices to obtain funding, legal aspects and direction on where to find funding and the best terms.

Remainder of Time (2.5 hrs):

Other techniques may be introduced, we will also promote “The 1 Year Business Growth Training Program” and encourage ALL to sign up for.  We will also promote other products as well as other trainings that we offer.  We close with networking and encouragement and thanks.

Intangibles of the retreat:

Powerful networking opportunities with fellow Entrepreneurs as well as our many Experts in business practice.

At the conclusion, you will have very powerful tools:  fluid business plan, budget, marketing plan, clear goals and timeframes.
